this is for all you vegans!!!!

Take 2 sirloin or rump steaks, season with salt and black pepper and cook however you like your steaks in a hot pan with a little oil. When the steaks are cooked, put them on a plate and leave to rest for 2 mins, always let the steak rest after cooking, it makes it far more tender. Cook off 2 pak choy, bok choy or both if you like, in lightly salted water until soft. Just quickly flash the steaks in a pan again, to heat them up. When the steaks are hot again throw in 8 tablespoons of soy sauce and sprinkle with half a grated garlic clove, a small piece of grated ginger and 1 fresh, deseeded and very finely chopped green chilli. Also add the juice of 1 lime. Put the pak or bok choy on 2 plates and slice the steaks and place on top of the choy. Then just drizzle the whole thing in the remaining sauce from the pan. Quick, simple and easy. It’s also damn nice.

actually i prefer having this with noodles..but you can do either

New grilling recipe that I invented tonight and added to my ever growing recipe database.

2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Water
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon BBQ Sauce (pick your favorite flavor)
1-2 lbs Steak cut into small pieces (like 1-2" cubes). I recommend Sirloin, but any decent cut should do well here.
Kikoman Teriyaki Glaze for basting (the thick stuff, not the thin stuff).

Mix together the oil, soy sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and BBQ sauce in a bowl until well blended. Add in the meat and marinate for 30-45 minutes.

Place steak tips on grill set to medium high for 8 minutes. Flip once and only once and cook for another 6 minutes. Baste with the glaze and cook for another few minutes.

Remove from the grill and let it sit for at least three minutes.

Enjoy.
