    what email service can you guys recommend ??
    im making a new start so a new address is in order
    web based is what im thinking at the moment , i know some have a pop3 option as well , ive got no idea which are good services these days , which should i go for ?

    I also like yahoo's service (the free one). You have to pay for pop3, but being able to access your mail from everywhere (even from my phone) is rather nice.

    I've had my yahoo address since 1997 or so, haven't once had a problem with it. My address is publicly known (it's on my website) and the spam filter catches 99.9% of the stuff (like around 250-300 emails a day).

    Hotmail. I also have yahoo but don't really use it and find that their service is not very good and its always down... I personally am a hotmail fan,got 3 of 'em.So that is what I recommend.
