Its Pm Dawn's remix of a song "Heal" by the Shaman.
If you have the means to pick up, do so, its a great song and even better remixed by Pm Dawn. Has a similar beat to their remix of the X-files Theme (may even be the same one, just a faster tempo).

It's on the single of "Heal" - disc 2 I believe...
It may also be on their "Remix Collection" album, but I don't know for sure on that one.
