Oooh breathing is awesome! You can breathe slow, or you can breath fast (like xtris kinda said) ... you can breathe in herb smoke too. But no matter your preference, everyone breathes. Some of yall may not want to admit it tho, but we see you!

I'm actually trying to become more aware of my breathing. When I exert myself, I realize that I have the lung capacity of a chihuahua (probably because I had bad allergies as a child), so I try to practice deep breathing exercises when I'm at rest, in the hopes that I will help out my lungs a bit. Only thing is that I usually forget to do it, so thanks for reminding me.
