Have to say i am a bit out of control with my music buying as of late. Granted i feel as if i am still making good choices and all but it seems a never ending BUY BUY BUY cycle.

ANywho here'e a few good albums i've stumbled into as of late i thought i'd pass along.

Ed Harcourt-Here Be Monsters(He's British , he plays piano and he is good)
Fyi--his newest one is also good....

Joe Henry-Tiny Music. JAzzy and hip. Nice for mellow ocassions(no lobster parties and pudding fest with this music!)

Edith Frost-Wonder Wonder- She sounds sort of like Liz Phair but the instumentation is more sixties sort of feeling.

Ryan Adams -Love is Hell part 1 & 2- A good album all the way around. A nice blend of just solid music. hard to classify but it's just good music

Fruit bats-Mouthfuls- A damn catchy little pop album. Reminds me of the Beach Boys at points in times ...maybe a little Elliott Smith and some Beatles. Very good album.

David Singer and the Sweet Science-Civil Wars- I bought this on accident and have to say the guy makes some great pop music. Songs seem to get lodged in my head. Definate Beatle vibe rolling with this Mellow and good. Very enjoyable....

Believe me i've bought tons more all of which i hold in a pretty decent light as well. These were one's tho i just had to spew on about. I'll try to keep my spewings to a minamum. ...or maybe a minalum....
I do not suppose I shall be remembered for anything. But I don't think about my work in those terms. It is just as vulgar to work for the sake of posterity as to work for the sake of money.
