Thread: tape to dvd to pc

    I taped some footage thats relevant for my website a few nights ago.. id like to have some clips or pictures put on the site for download.. so ..
    if i can find a shop that will copy this tape to a DVD for me .. can i then put the DVD into my computer and use a program to rip clips from it ?? or if not video clips, screen captures and audio clips ??

    If you've got a decent PC, just go out and buy a video card with "Video In" -- most ATI and TV cards have this option. Then you can do it yourself, most likely at a fraction of the cost. Those kind of services normally aren't cheap.

    With this one, you could record directly to your pc... eBay Item - 3in1
