Sorry its been a bit since I checked in here. I have gotten really busy these past few months. I now have two full time jobs doing lighting work. I am still at the nightclub but also I am the head light tech at a concert venue here in town. I just did the Midnight Oil show this past tuesday and I will be in charge of the lighting at the Blondie show tonight.

I hope everybody here is doing ok. Feel free to email me sometime.

Tap the lightpole and we'll be jammin all night
And ain't nobody callin' the cops
'Cause everybody's here freakin', if they're older they're doin the rock
And every block from all around
Comes runnin' to the park when they hear the sound
And soon the word's spreadin' through our part of town
    "Yo, 40 Park y'all, Jam-On's gettin down"

Damn man, I don't know. Things have gotten pretty stale around Kansas City lately. The one venue I was looking at won't do it cause your a "hip-hop" act, and everything I am doing now works in a different musical direction then the old skool. I really would love to do it, but I just need to get the venue and the money sponser to get it done since my dj ass is broke, yanno?

Plus when you take into consideration bill # S. 2633 in the Senate, thigns are looking more fucked up then ever. Everybody in the Midwest is scared right now, and I don't blame em.

You know me a little man, I'm all bout bringing da old skool right back to the new skool. It's just a matter of time.

So whats up with the chat room? I tried to sign on a few hours ago and it wasn't happening? Something going on? I see the site is getting a brand new server and shit. What's the dealio yo?

Ok, I'm gonna try this again, it was wiped out the last time.

We've (Newcleus) actually been tauted in a few dance magazines lately as "Electro" pioneers thanx to the new electroclash movement. I'm actually putting together a technolive set as we speak.

So what musical direction are you headin in now RJ?

    technolive?

oh and coz, i started work on my first serious project....it's called of the skin, kinda industrial stuff but a lot of dark yet ethereal trance/ambient stuff in the mix too, i'm plannin on 9 tracks for an album "i", i got most of them written still alot of work to do though, i just about finished one track, "i am beautiful" (it's about a man who goes crazy and......na, i'll wait till it's complete for that) but i need a new mic so i can lay down the vocals right and a good soundcard before i can let you guys peep it.......it's hot though, a serious step up from the stuff i sent to a couple of you guys (that stuff is like 10 years old when i 1st got into music so all youz know, but i'm redoin 3 of those tracks for this project.....the bottom, sorrow, and to die inside of you but they'll prob be practically entirely diff tracks when i'm done with em)......i'll get at ya in a month or 2 with some a the stuff...........oh and i've been so intense with this, i'm not sure what i'll have time to do for the compilation if it does happen, but i need to get my own stuff out, maybe i'll submit a track for it......but it's so saturated with dark and angst/misery drenched themes that i'm not sure any of it'll really belong, we'll see

Well that is all good with me Coz, and you know it, and to be honest i dont think I could go to a live Nucleaus show without Jam On It being somewhere in the mix, yanno? Its just the guy who runs the venue that I want to use, and actually it isnt him, its the owener.

Personally I have been heading into a nu skool breakbeat thing. I have gotten hookups from different UK labels and I represent TCR now here in the midwest ( http://www.tcr.uk.com ). Very bass heavy/progressive breakbeats is mainly the style I am pushing. Its not real prominant here in the Midwest, mostly because KC is a house town. But I'm working on it.

So anyways.....Give me a little more time. I'll get somebody to do it. Peace.
