Interpretation and use of music for motivation

songs where the meaning seems fairly clear but you have your own interpretation you apply.. what are they??

the one that strikes me right now is I against I by Mos Def and Massive Attack.. when I've been running/doing martial arts for hours and my body says stop, skip through to that song.. I see it as "I against I" one side of me against the other, all the sloth and procrastination and the person I've been at times Vs clarity and self discipline and the me I wanna be now..

Theres this song called "positive" by spearhead.. the chorus is "how i'm gonna live my life if i'm positive is it gonna be a negative" the songs really about him getting a test for aids and wondering if he's positive for hiv.. but I like taking my own interpretation of the lyrics quite literally.. is living my life positive gonna be a negative.. I like to think about that..

also on the running you might like this:

I have a number of these; "Let It Be" being one previously mentioned...
Of course, none come to mind immediately... Watch this space I guess
