anyone got a trick for dis?
when you have sex with your girlfriend(or a wombat, it doesn't matter) lay her on her back, elevate her legs and grab her ankles. apply forward thrust like you were skiing, or using a cross country treadmill, and I guarantee your love handles will be a thing of the past!!!
    FOR YOU LADIES...........
simply allow your lover to grab you waist when they are pleasuring you orally and the heat generated from their hands will melt away your love handles!!!
These Sexercises Are BLISS CERTIFIED AND I GUARANTEE THEY WORK, FOR I'VE TRIED THEM PERSONALLY!!!

You know what exercise absolutely targets love handles and is a LOT of fun: rollerskating.
Not rollerblading, but 4 wheel skating. You just gotta' make sure that you avoid speed wheels, that way you are pushing hard to roll. You will feel it in your love handles a lot. Plus, it's like doing a million lunges in one day. I stopped skating for a few months and I just got back into it about 4 weeks ago and I've already lost 2 inches around my waist. (I didn't even realize that I had 2 inches to lose, either.)

If you did not skate as a child, however, I would not recommend this to you now, as an adult beginner. It might not end up well.

Nonsense; all an adult needs is some expert instruction. I've seen people go in nine weeks from barely being able to stand on skates, to taking body checks on skates without breaking stride.

Welcome back to the world of quads! (That's what we call the classic 4-wheel rollerskates here on the west coast.)

I have a pair of quads with speed wheels and toe plugs. Ridell boots, of course. Haven't been to the nearest rink in quite a while. I miss it. (No way in hell am I going to wear these out on the street.)

Why, do you have indoor wheels? Ohhhhh, is it because they are boots?

I'm thinking about getting some low-top speed skates for the rink this summer. Black with pink wheels. Then maybe I'll switch to outdoor (slow) wheels in the fall so that I can start using them in the park.

Last night, I skated 5 miles on a hilly track and I was in a 'Bob Marley' mood. I was flying past everyone like a phoenix rising up from the ash.

    haha

Did a thousand eyes smolder with jealousy while you were flying past?

Yeah, my speed wheels are indoor. They're "softer" for better grip. My boots are speed boots (3/4 height).

I should probably look into some harder wheels for outdoor use since I don't get to the nearest (70 mi. away) rink often. I hate the feeling of skating over sidewalks and streets, though. Give me a nice, smooth rink floor.

I like the way I have to skate real hard to get over some rough concrete. It's a good workout. It's a challenge.

I don't mind concrete or smooth asphalt. I just don't like skating over cracks, crevases, rocks, etc.

The best is when you are hauling ass and then all of a sudden, a nice piece of dried up tree falling thingy gets stuck in your wheel and your wheel stops completely but your body is still moving and then you land on the floor.

That's the exact thing I was trying to avoid.
