Well, they don't have Canada on there, so I did both countries:

America: Endless Love - Diana Ross and Lionel Richie
Britain: Prince Charming - Adam and the Ants

Egad....it was the Locomotion by Grand Funk. Now i like me some Grand Funk Railroad....but most definitely NOT that jam.
I do not suppose I shall be remembered for anything. But I don't think about my work in those terms. It is just as vulgar to work for the sake of posterity as to work for the sake of money.

Apparently in the US it was "Love Hangover" by Diana Ross, and in the UK it was "Combine Harvester" by the Wurtzels.

Never heard either of them... but at least I know who Diana Ross is.

Now I'm depressed! I remember every fukkin song listed here... WHEN THEY WERE HITS!!!
    Alright
Tap the lightpole and we'll be jammin all night
And ain't nobody callin' the cops
'Cause everybody's here freakin', if they're older they're doin the rock
And every block from all around
Comes runnin' to the park when they hear the sound
And soon the word's spreadin' through our part of town
    "Yo, 40 Park y'all, Jam-On's gettin down"
    Yeah...
