    stay awake

Does anyone have a chronic problem with staying awake at work. I do. I get enough sleep. So I am drinking three extra shots of expresso.

I used to. I weas diagnosed with sleep apnia (sp?). Basically, my snoring prevents me from really achieving a full, restful sleep. I never noticed (because to me I am asleep), but my wife noticed breathing changes - including some times when I stop breathing. Tell your doctor and you might nneed to be tested (sleep study while hooked up to machines)...
    Peace

Try to exercise regularly and drink lots and lots of water throughout each day. Works better than coffee. Plus, coffee gives you a rush and then you might crash and burn, especially after 3+ shots of expresso - you're poisoning yourself.

(I can't stand drinking water out of a regular cup so I pick a bottled water out of the 'fridge in the morning and then refill it all day. If I forget my bottle, then drinking H2O from a straw makes it more tolerable too.)
