How many posts do we Junior Members need to make to graduate to the big kids' pool? I mean, as much as I like the booty, I don't want to sit here doing nothing but reading requests for booty pics. Booty's great (and I'll bet I*I*M*T's caboose is spectacular ) but y'know... I'm here to talk 'bout the Brothers Cordes!

How about a fresh start with a PM Dawn related question--

"Which is your favorite PM Dawn album, and which is your least favorite?"

My favorite is "Dearest Christian...", because there seems to be more raw, unadulterated emotion in that album than in any other.

My least favorite is "F*cked Music", because I never got to hear it! I found out about it roughly a month after they stopped selling the thing!

I think I will always like the Bliss album the best. That was the first one I heard that got me into PM Dawn in the first place. Wept & Dearest are a close second and third. F*cked after that, and Utopian last.

    btw, Welcome to the forum.
    I love the summer months!

    Thanks for the welcome.

I was thinking, "Wow, you put 'Utopian' in last place?" but then I thought about it: even though it was the album that got me loving PM Dawn, it's also the one I listen to least.

Whenever I think of "The Bliss Album", I think of the fact that "I'd Die Without You", which is possibly my favorite PM Dawn single, was put on the album as a mere afterthought. It's true that it doesn't quite fit in with the texture of the rest of the album, but it's such a great song, I'm glad it didn't get left out.

To me, it seems like they get better as they mature, so with the exception of "F*cked Music" (ranked dead last 'cuz I didn't get to hear it), my ranking is in reverse chronological order. It seems like with each one, their tone got a little darker, and was feelin' that.

I totally agree with you there. Things just get better and better. I can tell you that F*cked Music is no exception - I think it is their best album yet. Too bad it can't be shared with the world at the moment. The wait for Jim Sullivan Syndrome is killing me.

For me, no doubt: Wept for sure. Can listen to it on repeat. Stevie Wonder and Indigo Girls are my other two favorite artists, but PMDawn's Jesus Wept is the only one I can listen to over and over again and not get tired of. I like Bliss least. Strange since there are more songs I like off of that album than Dearest. Dearest seemed to experimental ... failed experimental. But Misery in Utero ... WOW. I listen to Carnivores, Misery, and Regurgitations over and over again, with the rare visit to Being so not for you.

Bliss has I'd Die without you, probably the most beautiful ballad of the 90's. Also the most underrated.

Dearest came off a new branch of poetic melody for the Dawn. When I first heard the album...it felt like new territory and I had to sniff around it. Then like, "BAM", one day sitting back and falling to a victim of popping that cd in the tray...a new found emotion jumped from my ears to my heart. I just wasn't ready for it at the time. Maybe it was the way I was feeling at the moment, the life blocks that fell in my path or the thoughts that have been waiting to escape my mental playground. I fell in love it with Dearest right then and there. I can listen to that cd over and over again! Track # 6...pure love from me to that track. Hell! I bought a second copy to keep in the car.

Correct -- they were the discoverers of the famous comet which the cult "Heaven's Gate" organization obsessed over and committed a mass suicide.

I know that I am late on my bootay pic requirement. I did have some to go through, and to be quite honest I don't have many of my own ass, seeing as how it is my own ass, and quite hard to take a picture of. I did find one that was decent enough, but it looks as though when I stepped infront of the camera, my bootay caused a massive eclipse, and it is hard to see. To those of you who want to see it, keep your eyes open its on the way. To those of you who don't, I don't blame you.

    ~*~Anyway!!~*~

My personal favorite Pm Dawn album would also have to be Bliss. I can't really explain why, I just really like it. I also havent heard F*cked Music, But I'm sure that I would like it as well.

Ok all. Thats all for me. Buenos Noches!

Well thanks ya'll! I pride myself on my many make-fun-able qualities. Now if you will excuse me, I'm fighting a nasty case of strep throat, and all I wish to do it lay on the couch and watch cartoons while others answer my every want and need.
