<setup>My old DVD player wouldn't play that particular PM Dawn CD (Unreleased) so I never heard it on a decent system (just my car or my computer). So finally got a Multi Disc changer and was going through the PM Dawn section today</setup>

That song has got some *serious* bass on it.

there we go, just right. keep walking...

Tap the lightpole and we'll be jammin all night
And ain't nobody callin' the cops
'Cause everybody's here freakin', if they're older they're doin the rock
And every block from all around
Comes runnin' to the park when they hear the sound
And soon the word's spreadin' through our part of town
    "Yo, 40 Park y'all, Jam-On's gettin down"
    Yeah...

I am glad Syxx quoted some Nipsy Russell. I was getting ready to say if it's one thing the PM Dawn message board needs is more Nipsy!(and less Lum)

I've never listened to that song in a "real enviroment" either. Double damn my quasi-reality!!!

Man ask and you shall receive! It's Nipsy 24/7 in PM DAWN land. Here's a little bit of Nipsy info as well....he was born in 1924 which would make him...well....OLD!

He was born the sameday as my bro. God graced the earth with two masterful things the sameday it seems. My brother could've at least picked up on the mad rhyming skills a bit....I suppose they broke the mold when they made Nipsy(and burned it and buried it)

Mulling this over a long time, were you? Poor Nispy has died in the following years which have transpired. He would be happy to know the bass is in your face.

It was funny reading this thread because i saw my icon and then read my gibberish and was like "when the hell did i write that?" It was a bit of time ago! I felt almost as if i were strolling thru the Lum musuem of master works.
