    I'm confused, does it only work on computers that are networked, or can it be done with just any ip?

    i think the computer has to be on the same network.

    you can do it if they're on the same isp for example, or a smaller network (college for example).

    you'll find a lot of companys will do it to advertise porn and such nowadays but a firewall see's to that.

    so i've noticed.....

    i also read that you can turn it off in somewhere in "my computer". I just wanted to see if i could send messages to people..guess not.
