Same version here, but mine works. SaintHax - could this involve more than the browser - say, maybe the OS version or Java version or something like that?Quote:

Beats me, Hax. Maybe it is versions - I tend to keep these tools patched up... maybe some folks are on old versions? But Can was using FireFox 1.0.7, too... :confused:
Can is a female and doesn't have a clue anyway :D
HEY! In FireFox, you can disable JAVA and JavaScript. The menus run off of JavaScript. Now I can't select squat in the Reply to Thread page (no smilies, no fonts, no bold, etc.).
Enabling JavaScript enables the goodies now.

Oh, for those that don't want to spend 15 minutes searching:
FireFox (1.0.7):
Tools
-> Options
Click on Web Features on left (Globe)
Ensure the checkbox is checked for Enable JavaScript
Reply to a post (or refresh your page if you were already in the reply page).
Let us know if that does not clear things up...:D :D
i tried it, and no it does not work..java was already enabled....
btw Hax is a really good cook.....if i could only get him to get in the kitchen and make me some pie :)
maybe it is just me.. or my computer settings or something...who knows?????
Was JavaScript enabled?:confused:Quote:
