Congratulations! Tell her to avoid sleeping on her back. There's also a particular side that's best to sleep on as well. I can't remember which... She can ask her OB/gyn.
Also, and I'm not joking, too much nipple play can cause contractions. That sent me into early labor and I had to be on bed rest and medication for the remainder of my pregnancy. He was su#%king and I kept having contractions. Next thing I knew, I was on my way to the hospital at like 31 weeks.
