The crowd was young. Most didn't know their music, but they started acting like they should know their music since my ass was on the edge of the stage, singing and yelling. The girls were all looking at me like, "Who the f..k are they? How do you know all the lyrics, crazy lady? Why do they sound so fly?"

I wish I could have made it, but my work schedule made it impossible to do (I've been substitute teaching at an adult ed school). I'm glad that it went over so well.
