No, I think you're missing my drift. School...especially high school, is filled with other stuff, and some people have a very hard time with it. Regardless of what you may be learning, if people are constantly harrassing you, picking on you, beating you down...etc., then school can be a not so very nice place to be. Kinda makes you wanna come up to the school with an AK and killl all the mutha fukkas, ya know?
"Well, he was kinda quiet and wierd...he always kept to himself..." that shit will mean more often than not that that individual was having a tortuous high school experience.
So the statement that "my worst day at the job was better than my best day at school" can be quite common.
AND...for ya'll information...my life as a thug was extremely short, at most 3 or 4 episodes...I never stick with sumthin if I aint feelin it...and I ain't never tried to kill sumbody with a baseball bat either...heheheh

I got you. But when I think of school, I think of learning and the quest for knowledge in the truest sense. I don't associate school with the all the unpleasantries of "growing up". We could talk about high school or grade school or undergraduate school or home school or graduate school. Life carries a bunch of "shit" with it in everything positive. But educating yourself is one of the most enpowering things you can do for yourself (I am starting to repeat myself like my senile Uncle Edgar!) More to the point: Your day at the job may or may not have advanced you as a person mentally (most cases not) your day at school definitely did. Dig me?
