Poor kid!
I saw this on the news; some toddler getting Guile-kicked by a breakdancer in Times Square. Man, I hope that kid is alright.
What was her mom thinking? Sheeeeesh. When I was that age, my mom used to palm my head like a basketball, so she could keep track of me. The mom shoulda got owned, instead of the baby.
Not meaning to make fun of the baby, but it made me think of Ike on South Park.
