congrats louis.....however i cannot root for them for they are the AFC....
Thanks Chief. I totally understand and would not root for the NFC much either. I was hoping your Bears would make it though.
nah....we still have an offensive cordinator named Ron Turner...who IMO sucks.....Ive always felt that way even before he coached my Illini....I personally think his system back in the days of Wanstedt was a fluke....
Congrats Louis! :bigthumb:
Yeah, Pittsburgh is doing well all around.
You got the recently undefeated hoops squad(didn't you say Louis that they weren't going to be very good this year, your modesty is ever present).
And Pitt should be a favorite to win the Super Bowl, IMO. Damn Roth is just a killer QB, he is doing some crazy things in his first few years.
I wish the bears would have won too, but the super bowl is going to be pretty good, I couldn't ask for anymore.
I grew up in Seattle, so screw all-y'all and go 'Hawks.
DAMM! Harm almost sounded street!:eek:Quote:

Yeah, I don't know where they pulled this Pitt Panther team from! They need to play better competition tho before I become a believer just yet. I'll be checking it out for myself on Saturday. I'm going to the Petersen center to watch them play Marquette. Unfortunately, Pitt has taken a back seat to the Steelers. It's ALL about them here. Steeler-nation is absolutely INSANE.
I can't wait for the game. Wish I could go, but DAMN, $2500 a ticket is bullshit!!!
I can not believe that they are a 4 point favorite. To be honest I figured, when asked, that the Steelers should be a 2 1/2 to 3 point favorite. I felt that way. but when I hear that it is a 4 point spread I fear the worst for them. I mean damn, the Seahawks are the #1 seed and the Steelers are #6. But it is what it is.
I can't tell who the favorite is anymore. I bet the Seahawks land on the smart moneys path, but I could be wrong...
Look who the Steelers played (in the regular season AND the playoffs) and then look who the Seahawks played. Then it will all make sense. Forget the seeding cause without the injury to Ben, we'd be no worse than a 3rd seed.
