Hi everybody:
This is the first chance that I have had to come on and post in a while. I have really missed being here, but the last few months have been total chaos for me. First of all, I recently moved, and I have been trying to get unpacked and settled in my new place. And anyone who has ever gone through a move knows what a real bitch that can be. On top of that, I recently self-published a poetry book, and I have been working like crazy trying to promote that, so usually when I am online, I am tied up doing things related to my book, so that does not leave me much time to post on any message boards.
But my work load has eased up quite a bit, and I have been having more free time recently, so I thought I would come back and say hi. Like I said, I have missed talking with you guys. I have made a lot of great friends here, and I always enjoy coming back, so I would love it if you all could post here and let me know how you are doing. And if anyone can fill me in on what I have been missing on the forum since I have been away, I would really appriciate it. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Poet! I missed you!
I'll spare you the hours of back-reading and just update you on myself real quick-- I had a baby in December! Woohoo! Most of the stuff around here is the same though. Arguments and make-ups, love, etc. We're all just hanging around trying to be good friends to one another, I believe. We had at least one organized chat with Be a few Sundays back.
Anyway, congrats and good luck with the book. I know that must be hard work. I'm glad to see you back.

I tried a couple of times to post a link to the book on amazon, but for some reason, the link would not work when I tried it. So you will need to go to amazon, and search "books" for my name: Randy Duckworth. That should bring it up. The title is REFLECTIONS OF THE SOUL, for anyone who is interested in checking it out.
