Since most were thinking along the lines of a sweep. It just feels good to go up there and take one from ya. Tonight may be an L but we exit NY with that 1-1 and we got 3 at home now. Should be quite the series.

For the record, I have always loved Pudge and I like The Marlins, and I expect this to be a good series as well...but that can't deal with the speed remark was crap! :slap: :rofl:
Nobody was expecting sweep in my town, in fact we pratically expected to lose game 1 after the Red Sox series. Pudge is on a mission and I would not be suprised to see this go 6 or 7 games.
BTW...under Joe Torre The Yankees have lost game 1 in 9 different series in the playoffs...they ended up winning those series 8 out of the 9 times! :wink:

Ok Raefin...i see your a fish fan, and im somewhat over my let down. i will take this time to say the marlins have one hell of a team, and they deserve this..Congrats on your team getting there.....(must be nice to root for a team that has no history and makes it too the WS 2 times in your life, youll never understand what Cubs fans go through :sad: ) anyways......go NL.....beat the AL cuz their pitchers would never get away with what they do in the AL
I actually expect the crowd to be nearly 50-50. My office is crawling with Yankees fans. Myself I actually hope that it is 4-1 and the the marlins win it on game 5 cause that would be pretty exciting. But if it heads back to the yankees I hope it ends in game 7 and then I would bet the yanks will win it in their typical fashion. I just like rooting for the underdog.
