Right now I am reading Slave girl. Very good. :rock:
Before that I read Second Class Citizen, for my African Lit class,which introduced me to her work.
She writes very interesting works dealing with the plight of African women,in particular in her native Nigeria. Don't worry, for those of you who are not into heavy politics(I don't either), that's not what her works consist of.
But I recommend that you pick up one of her books.
Another author, I read this semester is Tsi Tsi Dangarembga, Nervous conditions.
