Well it's 4:52am and I've just finished restoring pmdawnonline.com I need to put the files back for those of you that had accounts but the main site is rolling again.
I guess now is a safe time to say the server was on the edge of rolling over and dying because of conflicting patches that couldn't be removed...so yeah our 16000 posts almost went bye bye...I even jumped the gun and started at 10pm since it was failing more and more while I was waiting I checked the backups and even they were fu*ked up so I had to do the ass saving by hand...then while saving ass at 11pm I some how ended up locked out of root (admin) access so I pulled a few things from my bag of tricks, bitch slapped the server, and here we are.
I'm off to restore elle's site and some other stuff before it's time to get up...oh yeah I never went to sleep :sad:
