Well im going on a diet because im tired of being a big monstrosity.
seriously i cant even run anymore at all my legs just refuse
and im not suprised, i weight nearly 20 stone at the moment which is like 275 pounds i believe.
man i lost weight at one point to like 15 stone and it was dope.
so tonight im gonna order a huge ass chineese takeaway and pig out for the last time.
i need to eat less but more often(i always miss breakfast and sometimes lunch)
and supliment it with good old exercise(i used to suffice with pie lifting but i think i'll have to try harder)
so here goes, i will post my weight weekly and hopefully with some support i will become a vision of male perfection
so it starts here, goodbye cookies!!!!!!!!
ps: im also terrified of getting any bigger because then i'll probably have to get the excess skin cut off, now i got some stretch marks but if i ended up with big ass scars all over my bod then i'd see little point in it all so i gotta do it now before i get any bigger and before my skin starts to loose it youthall elasticity.
so im warning you now, if you see me in th chat i'll probably be cying cos mommy wont ley me have seconds at dinner time!!!

I wish you the best of luck fd! I know that it will be tough at first, but as you start to see the weight loss, you will feel incredible, and want to continue!
I too need to get into shape and lose a few of my extra pounds. i have never been happy with the way that i look, and just once i would like to be able to look at myself naked in front of a mirror and not cringe in horror! So what i am getting at here, is that maybe we can be each other's support for each of us losing weight and getting in shape! The only thing for me is, i want to wait until after the holidays are over, so i dont torture myself needlessly...what do you think?
(Hell, maybe i should think more seriously about going Veg... :donno: )

Yo for real FD, if you want to shape up fast you need to do three things:
(1.) Start lifting weights. When you lift weights your body will burn fat when your not lifting, whereas exercise alone burns it only when your exercising. Your fat will be replaced by muscle. It's not always about how much you weigh; it's more about percentage of body fat.
(2.) Clean up your diet and drink lots of water. Especially if you decide to lift and exercise. Lifting will make you hungrier. Spread your smaller more nutritious meals out during the day. Eat less fatty stuff, more fruits and veggies. Try eating 4 or 5 smaller meals a day that way you won't feel hungry. Get them all in before 8 PM though. Water helps your metabolism. Take 8 glasses a day at least.
(3.) Continue exercising. At least 3 or 4 times a week. Don't try to kill yourself especially at first. Make sure you rest in between those days.
If you are able to successfully mix the above together, you will shape your body the way you want it. This is a long-term lifestyle change, not a quick fix. So don't expect a miracle. But you will see small results gradually and that's what you want. If you need more info or are REALLY serious about this, Men's Health ( http://www.menshealth.com ) can design a program with an online personal trainer for you to use to help you get the body you want (it cost a little $ though). Plus, their magazine is excellent. I have been subscribing for about 8 years now. Always, good workout/exercise/nutrition tips in there. Good luck man.
