I watched the earlier ones and now I get it .. I thought it was meant to be pure farce and I was trying to find the humour in the subject matter/inaccuracy - thought it would be false, now I get it :D


OOOH a Tim Cameo ...

reading a good book now ( Eating for life ) which draws conclusions from several hundreds diet studies and the authors theory with that Cretan subset of the Mediterranean diet is that olive oil has nothing to do with the longevity , that the fresh produce keeps the population alive longer in spite of the extra fat provided by the olive oil. interesting stuff
