In the Starcast #76 interview at the intro to "I Will Be So Good To You", you said that this was one of those Molokai records - Molokai Daydreams - only being released so far in Hawaii. They are not going to be available anywhere else except Hawaii, and maybe Australia.
Did this get put out on a CD? If so, how many were there and where can we get one? If not, will it be released as a single any time soon?
