iBooks seem sucky I had two G4 Powerbooks in stock when they first came out, they sold in the first week....I should have kept one

I've droped my Compaq Armada M700 down the stairs at my house several times, it's fell off the bed more times than I can count, it's been on some crazy camping trips, it's gotten wet from rain. The only thing I ever had to replace on it was the keyboard cause some of the keys stoped working, I almost cried when I sold it but it was a 366 and it just wasn't enough power to do things I needed to do, I passed up alot of nice laptops to replace it with but I finaly gave it up when I got a 650mhz Dell Latitude, I'm trying to track down another M700 cause I'm not liking this Dell all that much. I had one of the goofy looking iBooks as a 2nd laptop for about a month till I figured out that it wasn't of much use to me.

I have to say that the Armada line is best thing to buy from Compaq, the Persairo laptops fall apart if you breath too hard on them. Same kinda problem with Dell the Inspiron laptops suck bigtime but the Latitude laptops are reasonably tough.

We just did our whole show on a relatively old G3 500 powerbook, and frankly, I have the itch.
