I'm not sure, but I'd guess that would be some freak of science that's an amalgam of turkey, duck and chicken.

Has anyone else seen that episode of Everybody Loves Raymond when Marie serves a tofurkey for Thanksgiving dinner?:)

that is correct....a turducken is a baby chicken stuffed inside a tuck stuffed inside a turkey....think of it as ...a meatlovers turkey!

Oh, I'm sorry...I enjoyed my turrkey yesterday...but that is way gross, even for a carnivore.

Although morally, I support the tofurkey :)

I know that some Rasta friends of mine go out and get Tofurkey and they say they like it and all but I think that they are lying. or high. or lying.

What's the point of making it a point to not eat meat but then eating something that's made to look like meat so that you may 'celebrate' a "Pagan Holiday in Babylon" based-on-who-knows-what-the-heck-it's-based-on-anyway?

Oh gosh

All I know is that we had a totally organic feast this year at my house. It was expensive but my other friends, who-are-not-vegan-but-insist-on-everything-being-organic, footed the bill and I was very full and happy.

So when my Jewish stepmom and my three Jewish stepbrothers and co. have Kosher meals, I, also, just join along like a merry camper and, as well, get very full and happy. And everything's "just Kosher".

So what's the big deal?

I don't really know.

Just hand me a beer and don't ask for my opinion.
