How crazy is the average person

I am talking to this girl. Her ex is talking some real crazy stuff. The kind of stuff like " If I can't hace her noone will ". He is hanging outside of my apartment when she is over. I am starting to get concerned for not only her safety, but my own. So how far do you think this guy would go? Why do some guys go this crazy? And most importantly what should I do? I am really worried.

Call the cops when his lurking in the bushes at your apartment. But that might just make him more angry and crazy.

Call the cops and get a picture. If you don't, then when he finally does something (and anyone who would hang out in your bushes *will* eventually do something), the cops will have no prior information. He said she said, the guy will be out on next to no bail - then he will snap! Cut it off early. Oh - and keep a couple of bats handy in various closets, and a machette or banana kife in the garage... Seriously - ask the cops about a restraining order based on the guys stated/implied threats. At least you start the documentation so he doesn't get off lightly for stalking... I don't want to scare you, but some guys are just plain nuts! A little paranoia goes a long way...

try 2 get enough for a restraining order, worked for me ! and the "average" person has at least one significant psychological issue in my experience

DO NOT HESITATE to call the cops. If you have to call more than once, get a restraining order (for both of you, if necessary).

If he continues, he'll go to jail. (Or the hospital).

Also, if she doesn't already have one, buy your girl a weapon(s)...Whatever weapon(s) you think is appropriate for her. There's NO EXCUSE for being a pacifist.

I had a talk with this guy last night. He was outside my apartment again. So I took a shot, grabbed a bat, and went and had a man to punk ass dude talk with him. Found out he is trying to become a cop. So when I informed him that stalking is a felony and I have alot of friends in this town that are cops that arent afraid to do dirty sh*t his tuned changed.
