The "Favorite PM Dawn Song" thread got me thinking about a link my friend sent to me last year. I don't remember the URL, but the page wanted people to take a challenge based on a scenario:

You're stranded alone on a desert island (presumably with lots of batteries), with 100 songs to keep you company. What songs did you bring?

That's easy enough to figure out, but they threw in some rules that really made it difficult:

Among your 100 songs, you can pick no more than 20 songs from any of six eras: pre-1960s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s--
so you can pick 10-20-20-20-20-10, or any other combination as long as you comply with the 100 songs, no more than 20 per era rule.

In each era, you can only pick one song per artist (you may pick more than one if it's one artist in different projects, such as a Beatles song and a John Lennon song). If the artist released the songs in different eras, you may pick more than one of the artist's songs,(eg. Stevie Wonder - I Was Made to Love Her (60s) and Stevie Wonder - Superstition (70s).)Try it out, and see what a hard challenge this really is!

It took me closer to three hours when I did it.
But it was fun!
