Theres an apothecary a couple miles from my crib that MAKES Absinthe! She doesn't "Sell" it, but she will give it away for a "Favor"
That is some scary looking stuff. She will also Teach you how to make it for a "favor".

I Actually talked to this lady. She sells Licorice root and I chew licorice root. I had to go in there until I gave up Licorice root.
