Dudes and Dudets. I came home tonight with a few drinks in me. I fell down the stairs! OK, so there is snow and wetness outside, that excuses it a little. But I feel like such a douche. Yeah, I was wearing black dress shoes with bad traction, that excuses it a little. Now my hand hurts though... bad... but the real pain is the shame I am feeling now. :(

A douche-bag is me. I told someone earlier this week that I have never fallen in my life... Instant karma's gonna get me...

Its better, thanks for your concern. I hit it pretty hard though. I am going bowling tonight, we'll see how that goes. Its always the third game I get careless and have had a few drinks where my momentum takes me into the lane and its slippery...I fall but I always catch myself, so I don't consider myself to have fallen(maybe just lowered my center of gravity, haha)... but it might hurt a little more if I do it tonight.

Lol, i'm sure bowling will make it tingle just a little. I'm sure it'll be fine....can't help it...my work is ingrained, I think i'd be taking off casts & putting on braces in my sleep sometimes....

I bowled a personal best 181. I was in the 9th frame with one pin to hit...(I had 4 strikes and 4 spares up to that point...) and I missed the pin. So I went open in the 9th and in the 10th to shoot 181. I was so close to 200! I could taste it... Just two spared and an 8 would have done it......aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

If only Louis were here :( , I told him I would hit 200 in the next few months... It'll have to wait I guess.
