Took part in my annual insanity rush of a race...the Urban Frog.
Was a 6-8 hour race, my team took 8th in 6 hours 6 minutes...
30 miles biking
7 miles running (1/2 mile on sand)
7 miles canoeing
2 miles rollerblading
a 50 foot rope traverse
a 30 foot wall climb
and a 17 story stair climb/traverse.

I posted pictures here...

Now now Mistress, if you're gonna be a proper Boogie Down Babe you have to remember to capitalize the "The" as well...as in THE BRONX! :slap:

BTW, we'll be doing a free show in The Bronx at Crotona Park on the 10th of July.

Then you should have been there! it was a great concert...too bad i didn't have your addy, cause then my drunk and stoned ass could have crashed on your couch...

dude, have we gone off topic here? hmm...ok let me say something pertinent to the thread...Brian I do have to admit I'm unbelieveably impressed by anyone who can do these types of competitions...I mean, my sports experience was High school track team, so it's just amazing to me that you could compete and do so well in this kind of event -- rock on with your bad sports self...

We did everything together as a team...not a relay. :umm:
