not just the guitar, but the STRINGS man... for instance.. Sonchynne.. thats amazing sounding, its a classic and will NEVER sound dated.. the guitar, strings, funky beat.. Only PM could pull this off.. the whole album was simply brilliant, a mysterious vibe, uncertian shifts, complete segments of pure brilliance

This IS in my top 10 cd's of all time, possibly top 5

Hmm, that's funny, lately I've been feeling early site MP3s, like Ode, Non-fiction, Floating, & Bizarre. I guess I just needed to hear some of the older stuff.

I am always in the mood for The Bliss Album & Jesus Wept. I think The Bliss Album is one of the best. I went thru my phase last week for needing to hear some old music & listened to Of the Heart...

I just made a mixed tape, just for myself to listen to (and maybe I'll give it to a friend of mine who loves my taste in music, god bless her). It's just a bunch of stuff I love that stays in my head a lot, mostly just my favorites. I got 2 Erykah songs, 2 Lauryn, 2 Counting Crows, 2 Seal, 2 PM Dawn (of course), 2 NIN, a Mos Def and a David Bowie. It's to make me feel good. Yeah.
Rambling is fun. I need to eat now.

When it comes to PM Dawn, I Cannot get enough of the bliss album. Jesus Wept is a close second...Although today I am not on PM Dawn, cuz another of my favorite bands, King's X, just released their new CD today, and I am totally diggin' that! It is called BLACK LIKE SUNDAY and I highly recommend it!

It's a cross between The Bliss Album and Dearest Christian.
This is where I usually reside, though my first love will always be Reality Used to be a Friend of Mine, the first P.M. Dawn I ever heard.

this is the first post i've seen by byrdie...is that what's-his-name from FF7 or am I confused? (I never remember his real name. My brother named him Butch when we first got it and that's always the name I associate with him.)

I think that you may be confused: I'm not at all familiar with FF7. However, since the username "byrdie" often gets taken before I get to some systems, you could be thinking of someone else who is using the name as well.

Nice to meet you, though!

Thank you for clearing that up. I admit, though, I'm still probably going to think of it as a Tank Girl Ripper. :)
